Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, Mamma Oatmeal Orange Pancakes contain velvety Greek yoghurt and aromatic orange puree, resulting in a fresh and clean composition of flavours and a beautiful golden yellow hue. The pancakes are made exclusively from wholemeal oat flour and bran and contain no wheat flour. It also contains inulin, which helps to maintain a feeling of fullness and has a positive effect on intestinal microflora.<\/p>\n

More and more, conscious consumers are looking for functionality in food – food must contain substances that are useful for the body to function. To this end, the new pancakes have been created in collaboration with nutrition scientists at the Food and Fermentation Technology Development Centre (TFTAK). TFTAK is a centre of excellence in biotechnology and food science in Estonia, focusing on product development and technological problem solving.<\/p>\n
