Introduction

At Saarioinen Eesti OÜ, we are committed to maintaining transparency, integrity, and trust in all our operations. To support these values, we have established a confidential whistleblowing channel that enables anyone connected to our company to report suspected violations or inappropriate conduct.

As of September 1, 2024, the European Union Whistleblower Protection Act came into effect, ensuring the protection of individuals who report breaches of work-related rights. This channel is designed to help us identify and address misconduct promptly and responsibly.

When should you use the whistleblowing channel?

The channel is intended exclusively for reporting suspected or actual violations. It is not for customer complaints, consumer feedback, or resolving personal disputes. All reports must be submitted in good faith.

Examples of reportable issues include:

Human rights violations
Fraudulent, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal, or negligent actions or behaviour

How to report possible misconduct?

Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt within 7 days.
Feedback: Updates on follow-up measures will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 months after receiving the report.

We guarantee that all reports will be handled with strict confidentiality and security.
