Sunday mornings are now much sweeter as we have added a new certified organic banana puree to our already well-received and loved by consumers curd pancake. Mamma banana-curd pancakes have a lovely fluffy yellow colour and are preservative-free. The little cakes taste equally good eaten warm or cold. Mamma banana-curd pancakes are packaged in a super-convenient bag that is easy to re-melt.

curd 26% (non-fat milk, starter), whole egg, banana puree 16%, water, wheat flour, sugar, , rapeseed oil, baking mix (corn starch, dextrose, sugar, milk protein, salt, egg powder), glucose syrup, rapeseed oil, flavourings), baking powder (raising agents E450 and E500), vanilla sugar (sugar, vanilla flavouring, vanilla), iodised salt.

Remove the packaging and heat in the microwave at 750 W, covered, for about 30-45 seconds. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 3-5min. It’s good to eat right away!
