Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, Mamma Oatmeal Orange Pancakes contain velvety Greek yoghurt and aromatic orange puree, resulting in a fresh and clean composition of flavours and a beautiful golden yellow hue. The pancakes are made exclusively from wholemeal oat flour and bran and contain no wheat flour. It also contains inulin, which helps to maintain a feeling of fullness and has a positive effect on intestinal microflora.

More and more, conscious consumers are looking for functionality in food – food must contain substances that are useful for the body to function. To this end, the new pancakes have been created in collaboration with nutrition scientists at the Food and Fermentation Technology Development Centre (TFTAK). TFTAK is a centre of excellence in biotechnology and food science in Estonia, focusing on product development and technological problem solving.

Oat and orange pancakes are also part of the Fitlap recommended menu.

Mamma little pancakes taste equally good hot or cold. The pancakes are packed in a very handy bag that can be easily resealed if desired.

Ingredients

water, egg mass, wholemeal oat flour 13%, Greek yoghurt 13%, carrot, sugar, orange puree 2,5%, inulin, vanilla sugar (sugar, vanilla flavour, vanilla bean), oat bran, baking powder (raising agents E450 and E500, modified corn starch, citric acid), citrus fiber, iodised salt, concentrate (carrot and pumpkin, including acidity regulator citric acid), natural orange flavoring.

Remove the packaging, heat the pancakes in the microwave at 750 W for about 30 seconds or in the oven at 180 °C for 3-5 minutes. Ready to eat product!
